Our Story
Lion of Judah Worship Church was founded on a simple yet powerful vision: to create a place where people from all walks of life can encounter the living God, build authentic Community, and experience life transformation through the power of the Gospel.
We are a Bible-based, non-denominational fellowship located in East Stroudsburg, PA. Under the leadership of Reverend Tyrone I. Sutton, our Church family is dedicated to Worship, biblical teaching, and serving our community with the love of Christ.

What We Believe
Our Faith is grounded in the timeless truths of Scripture. Here are the core beliefs that guide our Church family:
The Bible: We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the ultimate authority for Faith and practice.
The Trinity: We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ: We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who died for our sins and rose again, offering Salvation to all who believe.
Salvation: We believe Salvation is a gift of Grace through Faith in Jesus Christ, not by works, and is available to all who repent and believe.
The Church: We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to Worship God, make disciples, and serve the world in Jesus’ name.
The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit empowers Believers for Ministry, produces spiritual fruit, and guides us into all truth.
Eternity: We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the return of Christ, and eternal life for all who trust in Him.
Our Leadership
Reverend Tyrone I. Sutton
Senior Pastor
Pastor Tyrone I. Sutton is the founding pastor of Lion of Judah Worship Church. With a heart for Ministry and a passion for biblical teaching, Pastor Sutton leads our congregation with wisdom, compassion, and a deep commitment to the Gospel.
His Ministry is characterized by authentic Worship, practical teaching from God’s Word, and a genuine love for people. Under his leadership, Lion of Judah has become a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and the community experiences the love of Christ.
Pastor Sutton is also deeply committed to Prison Ministry and community outreach, believing that the Church is called to serve those who are often overlooked and marginalized. His vision is to see Lion of Judah become a beacon of hope and healing in East Stroudsburg and beyond.
