Our Ministries
Serving Our Community with Purpose, Compassion, and the Love of Christ
Making a Difference Through Ministry
At Lion of Judah Worship Church, Ministry is at the heart of everything we do. We believe the Church is called to serve, to reach out, and to make a tangible difference in the lives of people in our community and beyond.
From Worship and discipleship to outreach and compassion Ministry, we offer a variety of ways to get involved, grow in your Faith, and use your gifts to serve others. Join us as we live out the Gospel in practical, meaningful ways.
Serving Our Neighbors
Our Community Outreach Ministry is dedicated to meeting the practical needs of our neighbors in East Stroudsburg and the surrounding areas. We believe that Faith without action is incomplete, and we’re committed to demonstrating the love of Christ through tangible service to people of all ages and circumstances.
Street Ministry
Once a month, our team takes the Gospel directly to the streets. Our Street Ministry reaches out to those in need who may not be able to come to Church—the homeless, the hurting, and the overlooked. We share the love of Christ, provide practical support, and minister to those who need it most.
Senior Care Services
Through our Love and Touch Health Home Health Services program, we’re committed to serving our seniors with dignity, compassion, and excellence. We offer respite care services to support families caring for elderly loved ones, ensuring that our senior community members receive the care and attention they deserve.
Additional Outreach Services:
- Food distribution and assistance for families in need
- Community events and neighborhood outreach
- Support for local schools and youth programs
- Partnership with local organizations to serve the vulnerable
Whether it’s providing meals, offering support, caring for seniors, or ministering on the streets, our outreach team is passionate about making a difference. We invite you to join us in serving our community with the compassion of Christ.
GET INVOLVEDBringing Hope Behind Bars
Prison Ministry is one of the most important and impactful areas of our Church’s outreach. We believe that no one is beyond the reach of God’s Grace, and we’re committed to bringing the message of hope, restoration, and Salvation to those who are incarcerated.
Led by Pastor Tyrone I. Sutton, our prison Ministry team regularly visits local correctional facilities to share the Gospel, lead Bible studies, and provide spiritual support to inmates. We also offer resources and encouragement to families affected by incarceration.

- Life skills training and community reintegration
Our Current Prison Ministry Focus:

This Ministry is close to our hearts because we’ve seen firsthand how God transforms lives, even in the most difficult circumstances. If you have a heart for prison Ministry or want to support this work, we’d love to hear from you.

LEARN MOREGrowing Deeper in God’s Word
Our Bible Study Ministry is designed to help Believers grow in their understanding of Scripture and deepen their relationship with God. We believe that God’s Word is living and active, and we’re committed to studying it together in community.

We study various books of the Bible, explore theological topics, and apply biblical truth to everyday life.
Study Options:
- Midweek Bible study (open to all)
- Small group studies in homes
- Topical studies and sermon-based discussions
